MGM Dance
“Inspired dance requires not only a coaching of the body, but a coaxing of the soul!”
MGM Dance is proud to have been a part of the Flushing community for so many years. We have a well-trained staff waiting to serve you. We offer informative technique classes in all genres and continue the dance education process with our Annual Spring Performance.
Professional Performances
Our Annual Spring Performances are fully staged with dramatic backdrops, sets, props, and lighting. Our unique integral blending of dance and theater offers students of all ages a complete artistic experience. We are the front runners in presenting refreshing children’s stories complete with a moral. We pride ourselves in offering this type of all-encompassing production, rather than just a “dance recital”. We are highly respected in the dance community for our original stage scripts, design, and choreography. Our choreography is all original and specifically created to enhance each character in our dance dramas. Even the little ones realize their role is an important aspect of the main story. This helps improve the young child’s self-esteem, while leaving main roles open to showcase the advanced dancers as well. The mingling of all ages onstage, working together, helps prepare all the dancers for future endeavors.
From the Director
To our existing students, I would like to tell you how proud I am of your immeasurable acting and dancing talent. Your last performance this past spring was flawless and absolutely mesmerizing! I so loved working on your show that I didn’t want it to end. Your enthusiasm and devotion are truly gifts that I cherish.
To all of our new students, I want to extend a gracious “Hello” and welcome you to our dance family. Many fun-filled days and adventures await you!
I sit as CEO of this dance entity, proud to be positively affecting the growth, health, and skills of so many children. But, it is not just me. I may lead this ever-growing company, but I couldn’t do it without the dedication and support of my team. To them, I will always be thankful!
We have all created so many memories together. We find joy in each others accomplisments. We have learned that determination can create wonderful results. I am so pleased to have been able to share this journey with you.
